GAT Sport came to us an industry leader and has since grown into an online powerhouse, achieving record growth on Amazon after an aggressive Platform Overhaul. 

Goals

Despite International Success, GAT Sport wanted to focus on driving more direct sales with an emphasis on controlling the Brand through the Amazon Marketplace. 

To achieve this, we identified goals that needed to be met in regards to the Operational and Marketing aspects of the business to allow for effective execution.

Our Plan of Action

Based on the brand's goals, we constructed a plan to ensure a successful Direct Platform Launch while being conscious of other channels and operational adjustments. Our team worked to alleviate operational stress while ensuring GAT was able to grow its direct sales on Amazon.

Streamline Supply Chain

Utilizing Proprietary Software, we focused on Identification of Supply Chain Gaps to drastically reduce the number of 3rd Party Sellers and allow for Full Control of the Brand on Amazon.

Using Sales Data, we were able to optimize Inventory Storage and Shipment Operations to ensure adequate stock in Amazon Fulfillment while providing back-up fulfillment from our Facility.

With the Brand in control of its Amazon Presence, we constructed Advertising Campaigns that reduced overall expenditure while rapidly improving Sales Velocity.
